LET'S KEEP HIGHLAND RURAL!!!

The mission of the Highland Equestrian Conservancy is to conserve and protect our natural resources while preserving the rural character and equestrian heritage of Highland Township.
We take for granted seeing horses in pastures.
We take for granted playing in our rivers and lakes.
We take for granted seeing beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
We take for granted looking up into a star studded night sky.
We take for granted living in this charming, rural environment.

What can we do to make a difference?
We can set aside land to help keep our ground water and air clean for future generations.
We can preserve our rural character while managing development.
We can recognize our unique equestrian interests that make our township special.
We can assist our township in creating a linking green infrastructure and trail plan.
The Highland Equestrian Conservancy is here to assist in stewarding our natural resources.   Please consider either becoming a volunteer, a member, or donating to our future.   We need your help!

Our meetings are the second Monday of every month at the HVCA (old church/library) at:
205 W. Livingston Road, Highland. Or contact: Sharon Greene at: (248) 887-3970.
